Bob Tiarks other tractor, a 1977 Landlord 7010 6-speed....

Bob says:

I bought this tractor for $200 -- owner hated it because he didn't know how to install belts.  The engine also used some oil.  I rebuilt the engine, primarily with a chrome ring set.  Rebuilt the mower deck and generator, and added electric lift kit.  Also added wider, Sovereign class front tires.  Just bought a 14HP Briggs & Stratton for it for $75 that needs a connecting rod.  Total investment is $1000-1200 -- still very cheap compared to what's on the market today....

C'mon Bob, you need to put in at least a 16HP engine if you're going to hot rod this one too... Kent 8o)
