Power to Work
Click for a closer view
Power centers are located at the front, center and rear of the
B-1, providing live power to operate all implements no matter where they
mount. Notice, too, the excellent clearance for ease of mounting the
rotary mower and sickle bar.
7-1/4 HORSEPOWER DEPENDABILITY
Equipped with a mechanical governor, the B-1's
remarkable power plant develops a full 7-1/4 hp at 3600 rpm . . .
plenty of power to perform any job. Briggs & Stratton service is
close by, too.
A complete 12-volt electrical system . . . battery,
generator-starter and all, is standard equipment. Electric light
kits available.
Controlled height of mounted implements is a cinch with the
"easy-lift" control lever. Its leverage ratio does the
work.
A new spur-gear differential provides driving torque to both
wheels at all times . . . provides special traction even when one wheel
spins.
