  • Condition at Time of Purchase When i got the tractor it used a lot of oil and smoked a lot,but i needed a riding mower. The tires were dry rotted and wouldnt hold air. The drive pulley on the deck was lose, the lights wouldnt work, the body and paint was'nt to bad, needed belts. But i new what kind of tractor it was,and for that price i could fix it up.
  • Condition Now The first thing i done was overhaul the engine,it had a lot of wear in the cylinder so i put a oversize piston and rings in it. It lasted about 3 years, i loaned it to my brother (dont ever do that)and the engine blew,he put a 10hp b&s on it, it does real good, plenty of power, and he is going to pay for the parts for me to overhaul it,Then i had to rebuild the bevel gearbox,it striped the gears, had a time getting parts. Then i put new tires on the rear,(26x10.5x12) ag tires and installed new tires (4.50x8) three rib and wheels from a (Broadmoor) on front.Gives it that tractor look. Then i rebuilt the deck, all new bearings and seals. Installed new lights on front and put a light on back, with halogin bulbs. Traded my brother out of a tiller and a snow blade,he has a b12,had to rebuild the blabe,it was real lose and put a new cutter on,which i made my self.Have'nt got around to painting it yet, going to install a new lift system. Will send pic's asap.
