  • Tractor Serial Number
  • Engine Manufacturer Briggs & Stratton
  • Engine Model 326431
  • Engine Serial Number
  • Date Purchased 09/01/2006

  • Condition at Time of Purchase Included 36" plow, 42" deck, 38" tiller, IH dump trailer and Mighty Mac chipper/shredder. Tractor and plow were kept inside. Tiller, trailer and MM were kept outside. Tiller turns, trailer rusty, MM is probably junk. Tractor was average and well used. Hood had rusty scratches, overall scratches here and there, duct tape seat, hour meter missing, front tires pretty worn, rears ok. Deck was rusty needing a rebuild, the front PTO needs to be replaced, but the engine ran well and the electric lift worked. I wanted a machine that would do more than just mow the lawn. Dad's new Regent purchase started me looking at Simplicity. The capabilities of the older machines and the many attachments impressed me. Found out the Sovereign was one of the top of the line tractors in it's day and could handle just about any attachment. I'm good at keeping things running or fixing stuff, and didn't want to spend $$$$$, and wanted a strong tractor. Found one and now I'm stuck with it!
  • Condition Now Restored it: disassembled down to engine, hood, seat deck, dash, tires and steering. Cleaned and painted, greased, engine checkout, head gasket replaced, carb rebuilt, new seat, hydro filter and fluid, and a few other parts replaced. Looks new! Now working on the trailer.
