Looks like one to me, though I have no first hand experience with one. Here's the owner's manual so you can see how it fits... http://www.simpletractors.com/operation/3_belt/3-belt_type.htm

thanks Kent. Pretty neat design but looks like a pain in the tush. i think I will stick with my single belt if it works good. Who is it Daddycat ? that has one of these? Hows it work for you?

I have a early version of it.It works OK but the snow causes the belt to slip some. The only pulley that you have to deal with is the one with the keyway in it.It goes on the front of the engine. The handle on it is the clutch.Bob

I have a nice three-belt that I took apart, had sandblasted and primed, then painted early orange, with all new belts and bearings.........needs to be reasembled...........anyone interested? Terry

That's definitely a simplicity 3-belt blower and the only problem I had with one is that the discharge chute is small. So you have to travel a little slower so it has time to get rid of the snow.

I hooked up a single belt one from an older broadmoor to my Big Ten and it works fine. The only modification/fabrication was a pulley to keep the belt from hitting the front axle.
