?I have a 9020 that has a loud whine whenever you use the hydraulics. If anyone has had this problem any insight will help. I am leaning towards a restiction prior to fluid going into the valve. I feel this because it does not whine whenever driving until you try to use either hydraulic lever. Any help is appreciated.

Whinning is prevalent on many hydros I personally think it has more to do with air entraption then anything else If air gets into the pump or water they compress at different rates. Bad bearings can and do whine even when they are submerged. Old washing machines are a good example. Water gets down the spin tube via bad seals and displaces the oil. displaced oil will appear as a leak but in reality the water is pushing it out.

I had that whining problem on my Sunstar. I first changed the filter but the whining stopped after only I changed the hydro fluid. You should try that if it hasn't been done in a while.
