gas caps

Hey everyone, I have a question. You know those gas caps that fit gas tanks like the one on the '64 Landlord? Are those still available made in the USA? I've been looking and people told me that they were discontinued, so I've been wondering. Any help appreciated. Thanks! Mark

I believe they are still available from Simplicity,if you're talking about the gas guage in the cap type?I know the longer 7000/7100 series still are.Aftermarket parts like www.stens.com I know, has the longer ones and they look just like the factory ones.But I don't know about the shorter guages/caps for the 3000 series tracs.. .Give them a try. dlc

Mark, I bought one for my AC B-212 last month from my local Simplicity dealer. The part no. is 156175 and it retailed for $12.71. Hope this helps. If you dont have one nearby that stocks it let me know,and I will give you his address. He keeps them in stock. Kenny
