Load 3 of TOYS!

Recommended Posts

Met a nice guy at an auction on Sunday and started bsing and the little tractors came up and low n behold he had some sleeve hitch implements! I picked up a plow, cultivator, disc and some kind of adjustable bar with wheels on it. He thought it was for the cultivator. The moldboard on the plow looks like 1/3 the size of my 10” Brinly. I took some pictures of my load. Don’t have time now to upload them? Also a Uebler manure spreader. It’s about 6’ long by 3 ½’ wide. Pto driven. Like NEW! Anybody know anything about this spreader? Not but least a Bolens mower deck & like new snow blower. A new 4 cylinder military motor. Doesn’t say the HP on the tag. Made in 79. He had lots of stuff and told him I’d have to come back when we had more time. His wife had a Dr. appointment. Lots of old gas engines. He has a bunch of old 3 wheelers. A nice Cenex 310 Rustler with a 8 hp Briggs on it. Pretty tempting but we couldn’t get it started. Nice load 3 for me.^:D Going to WI. For load 4 :Dtomorrow am. Good thing it is raining here and to wet to farm.?

Went and picked up load 4 yesterday 6/11/03. Simplicity 725 in great shape! Lots of attachments. All I want is the tractor & tiller. So I have some items for sale as soon as I know what and a fair price. The load was my own birthday present to me! Glad I could get up this morning to celebrate my birthday today even if it is raining. No I wasn’t parting lastnight! Just great to wake up to another day! The only thing now is my toy fund is hurting. Yes Vic I do need storage!

Over a year ago, you answered a question I had about the tool bar for my FDT. In your reply dated Dec 31, 2019  you said the spacer, part #16, goes in the bar to allow for up and down depth adjustment. does this mean the bolt has to be tightened at whatever depth desired or does the bolt slide up and down, allowing the lower hitch to free float?
If it is tightened so the lower hitch and the bar are rigid, then is the depth to be controlled by the shoes? Or by the lift handle?
Is there any kind of user directions for the tool bar? The Outdoor Power Manual basically shows how to assemble the bar but not how to use it
