Briggs engine data source?

I know where the engine data tables for the old Model 19 and 23 engines can be found, but need data on a newer engine. It doesn't have a Code, but a Serial Number instead. The engine data is Briggs Model 142702, Type 9124 01, Serial 53216. Does anyone have a reference handy that they could post so I can bookmark it? Thanks

Thanks Kris, I knew I had seen it somewhere and had looked at the Briggs site but must have not seen the forest for the trees.... I checked the links. The first one is good for a lot of engines, but not this one. Well, sort of.... It shows no 14 or 15 cid engines but the rest of the code works. The second one shows the basic series 142700(and a whole lot more) and the plugs and gap.
