Anyone ever heard of one of these?

I recently aquired this Magnatrac 7 and a quarter horsepower tractor for $40. It has a Model 19D briggs that I think is in real good shape. It seems like a heavy tractor but I haven't found any information on it like who made it or who sold it. I don't know if its any relation to a Struck Magnatrac crawler, I think those came much later, but I don't know for sure. I am pretty sure though that this is a rare tractor in real restorable shape. MPH, the hood decal reads : Magnatrac 7 1/4. There is a metal serial # plate. The tractor is at a friends house right now so I'll have to get the #'s later. I'm guessing because of the 19D engine and metal fuel line that it must be from the late 1950's to early 60's. -Chris

On the Struck web site that I sent above under tech support lets you enter info and the factory will get back to you. The last tome I requested info via email it took about 3 days to get a reply. If you call the factory, ask for Warren. I think he has been there the longest and is very helpful.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
