Simplicity 7000 series hydro tractors

Previously, there was much discussion on the various brands and differences in hydro filters. Enough support that I now get all my filters from Napa or the dealer (for the Toyota only). Has anyone used a Napa / Wix filter on the hydro for a 700 / 7000 series tractor and if so, what were the results? I am asking because the manual for a 7012 that I am fixing up specifically mentions that the filter needs to be of the no anti-drainback type. Are Napa / Wix filters anti-drainback? According to the Toyota parts people (and salesmen too), only OEM Toyota filters are anti-drainback but now I am wondering if that is just a sales pitch. All input welcome, thanks.
