I understand the minimum order issue, and I am interested in fronting up the $ to get an order placed if everone can agree on the size. So chat amongst yourselves, and let's get this figured so we can all be grading before the ground freezes.
FYI – I have close to a dozen other (non-Simplicity) owners also interested in wider serrated blades. They seem to want 54”, 60” or 72” widths. Since these blades are custom made, width, height, and teeth spacing are all open. So, if 10-15 Powr’Max, SunStar, or Legacy owners are interested and can agree on specs, I may have enough to place a 25 blade order. As for price, I spoke with the factory some time ago. Pricing is subject to specs, but wider blades should be relative to the 42" blades.

DUTCH I'd be interested in 1 72" blade if the cost isn't too much more ? Did some measuring and the 72" looks like it would work best on the 720 & 9020 with high flotation tires when the blade is used at an angle.

Wayne, have you mounted and used the 42" blade yet?

Sorry I haven't. I was going to take the wimpy blade off of the frame on the 6' 3-point blade and put yours on but looking & measuring it is to short with the wide high floatation tires on my tractors. I have another project I think the 42" blade will work on. Don't have time to work on my tractor projects till maybe in 2/01/04 after my icesaw season slows up. I'll let you know and send pixs when it is done. Thanks Wayne "FISH"

I am interested in a 60" or 72". If a 72" seems best for a 9020, then count me in and let me know the cost. Sam

My thoughts are that the tooth size and spacing are just perfect. I've got the high floatation tires on my 720, so I'll take a 6 foot length of 2x8 and see how it looks after work tonight.

Well I fiddled about with the 720 last night and am thinking that 72" may be a little too long. However, 15 minutes with an angle grinder and cutoff wheel or 2 minutes with a plasma cutter and you can make a 72" blade whatever size fits your style. I'd vote to make it as long as the longest request, and let the individual taylor it to fit. For my planned usage I do not think I need the blade to be taller, or thicker, as I'm going to try and mount it as a belly blade while the loader frame is on the tractor and use it for loose stone or soil.

Waiting for Dutch to quote us a price;) Is 72" about right? Spo's they could be what ever length? 70" 68" but I'd sooner have it 72"^
