KSever Posted November 3, 2003 Posted November 3, 2003 I am in need of the belt length for the three belts on this ol 3 belt snowthrower. I have got it all rebuilt and back together but am missing the smallest belt that connects to the engine pulley. Anybody got the length on these thre belts
Boney Posted November 3, 2003 Posted November 3, 2003 I have found this diagram http://www.simpletractors.com/parts/snowthrowers/drive.htm I have a listing of a belt for the blower but I have not ordered on yet. Hope this helps. Both of the # are for the same belt #106123 AC # 2025436-3 Also try plugging in # " 990175 " here. http://www.simplicitytechpubs.com/techpubsearch.php

KSever Posted November 3, 2003 Author Posted November 3, 2003 Thanks Boney and UCD, I'm going down today to pick up the belts and a new bearing for the PTO
Boney Posted November 3, 2003 Posted November 3, 2003 UCD I have belt # 154273 42.3" for the belt from the center PTO to the 32" mower deck on a 1962 model 725. Can you please check to see if that matches what you have in your book. Just want to check with a reliable source before I go to a dealer and order it....if they have them Thank you :)
UCD Posted November 3, 2003 Posted November 3, 2003 My book doesn't list a 725 it only goes back to 1963. Do you have a MFG# for your deck?
KSever Posted November 3, 2003 Author Posted November 3, 2003 Got all the belts and a new bearing for the pto. They couldn't find a belt for the pto so I had to go with a standard lawn and garden belt that's 26". I had started on this last summer then got off track. Already had put new bearings on the auger, cut off and replaced the 1st shaft that is suppose to move up and down to give tension on the belt connected to the blower. Now with new bearings on the pto and new belts this blower is about like new. Thanks again UCD and Boney. Kris
