The brochure shows them on the outside but with hubcaps how would you put air in them? I am putting my wheels back on and wasnt sure how they went. Someone put the B12 wheels on it and I am going back with the narrow ones. Thanks guys.

Mine are all inside, unless I'm mistaken -- which is a very real possibility! :D

Mine are all on the inside. Would that be called a in-e or out-e? :D

Mine are the orignal tires and they are on the inside. Gary

Not only will the hub caps interfere, so will the wheel weights if you use them. I put all mine to the inside, that way if you rub against something it's less likely to break one of them off.....

All mine on both units are on the inside. I figure that it is that way for just the reasons mentioned above. I.E., wheels weights and rub against obstructions that would cause failure.

The front valve stems on my tractor are inside.

On all 4 of our tractors, they are on the inside.

That's funny you mention it,even the new simplicity's are on the inside. There are a few simplicity's coming out now that have started putting the stems to the outside.I think some customers complain when they have to air a tire up.So maybe that's why they are changing.

Two B-10s, one Big Ten, one 3012V, one 17GTH-L.......yep! all valve stems front and rear are on the inside. I need to take the time to align them all so you park the tractor and have clear access to all stems without moving the darn thing four times! Larry

All Four are inside on my B10 original new 5/67 tractor. They are inside on my B110 too. They are inside on both of my buddy Charlie's 410 ac tractors and his 616 ac.

My dad worked at a Sears Tire store and a guy came back, after buying 4 new tires, and was upset because the stems were not all located in the same orientation. Some were at the top, some at the bottom. ... It takes all kinds!

My Dad had a full service gas station in the 50's and had a women that brought her car in monthly to have the stale air taken out of her tires and replaced with fresh air. Dad said she bought new tires and smelled the air coming out of the old ones and from then on had her air changed monthly. He could not talk her out of it. SOHIO at 5th and Cambridge in Columbus, OH.

Now you gave me an idea Dan, gotta go to the station I buy my tires at and chew them out for not telling me I need fresh air in my tires. Maybe a spring and fall change. Bet thats why mine wear out every 40000 miles, stale air...MPH

Maybe you should ask them if they have "synthetic air" to see if you can get more miles between changes... :D

Kent, Believe it or not, but we ran dry nitrogen in the tires on the circle track car that I worked on. Moisture from compressed air caused too much of a pressure rise when the tires got hot.
