MPH Posted November 14, 2003 Posted November 14, 2003 As I needed tires, and something close to the same to peek at, I pulled the Landlord into the shop to help me reconstrut the 725. When the governor didn't feel rt, I pulled the 23 off the landlord and took the oil pan off. I noticed a difference in how the points open on the cam. Furture checking, the points on the 19 are open to fire, on the 23 they are closed to fire. The 19 has magna-matic ign system, the 23 does not, the 19 seems like 'normal' point operation to me. Can some explain the 'Why' of this delema to me...Thanks..MPH
