B-10 Mower Spindels

No you weren't dreaming, I have been on that soap box several times. In the picture in the manual at the top of the arbors it shows the small washers going next to the inter bearing race and then the large washer. This is correct as it allows the large washer to turn free with the arbor. On the bottom of the arbor it shows the large washer going next to the bearing, WRONG, This will lock the inter and outer bearing races together and the bearing will not turn. As with the top the small washer must go next to the bearing. When you reassemble the arbors and tighten down the nuts on top of the pulleys, the arbors should spin free no matter how tight you tighten that nut. If they don't then the arbor is not assembled correctly. Tim

Am I dreaming or did I read somewhere that the B Series diagram of how to put the mower spindels together is wrong in the owners book? What is the right way? Also did someone have complete spindel assemblies for B-10 mower decks.
