A friend at work found a 16 hp "Farm King" that he is taking the motor from to put on his 7117. He said that if I wanted I could have the rest of the tractor. He said it is a real heavy duty tractor with 15" rear wheels and shaft drive, he also said it was a hydro with 3 point. Anyone know anything about these? Scott

If that man wants to sell that "Farm King" I would love to put in a bid. Those are often in demand.

Scott I do not remember who made those but the old Belknap "Bluegrass" Hardware Co. here in Louisville Ky had that same tractor self-labeled and they are real bears. I know of one near me that needs a little work to go. It has a 3pt that is spring assisted and is really slick. It would sure be a great project. Larry

Thanks all, I have no idea what it looks like but will find out tomorrow. I would like to transplant a small diesel into something and don't want to cut up my 720 or 9020. Maybe it would make a good utility/loader tractor. It also has a deck with it as well.

I've had three of those tractors. One was a White 1655. They were built by MTD. They are heavyduty tractors. Only complaint I have is the steering is a little cheap. The tranny and engine are good and the three points work nice. Two of mine had 40" 3pt tillers that were very stout.
