I have a paved and dirt driveway. (Its a long driveway 1,200 yards.) I have the blower set up to scrape the pavement clean. When I get to the dirt portion, I raise the blower up one notch. I only need to do this for the first storm or two. Once the dirt portion gets covered with packed snow, I can leave the blower on the growth to remove all the fresh snow. Seems to work fairly well. In my old house my driveway was gravel and no matter how high I set the blower, I was always throwing stones. One had to be careful were the snow was being throw so as not to take out a window or two. Rick.........

For my gravel drive, I set the shoes so the blade is about 1" above the ground. Once I have a good snow pack, I reset for about 1/4". Even at 1", I still suck up some rocks the first few times. Pat

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
