simplicity 4011 wiring diagram

Judging from the wiring diagram, the regulator if any, is on the engine side. The diagram also indicates that the lights are battery driven as they are wired thru ignition switch.

THANKS for the warm welcome Joe and Maynard i'm humbled by the members desire to help it really gives one a good feeling and a need to try to b helpful in turn and to Bob the reason i mention the regulator is because there is none on the tractor and none shown on the diagram so i'm wondering if it will still work ok without it??

I don't know anything about 4211s, but note the wiring diagram indicates an alternator and not a generator. Many car alternators have an internal regulator and maybe this does also?. The wiring diagram for my Landlord with a generator does show the regulator so if your 4211 has one I'd think it would be shown. Just my 2 cents!:)
