I have a 7112H and it has a manual lift. I would like to convert it to a hydro lift because of my back problems. Can this be done by adding a lift cyl and removig the manual lift?Any help would great. By the way , this IS the Greatest site out there. I don't post very much but I read it at least twice a day.

I've been told the Sunstrand has that capability. And for that reason I would like to get a 7116. Until that time I will experiment with actuators to do the same thing.

To convert a manual lift 7112H to a hydro lift. You would need a Hydraulic cylinder and control valve,Hydraulic hoses[rubber and steel].You can run the lines off the Sunstrand pump. The manual lift handle would have to be removed, two bolts. You would have to make a bracket for the end of the Hydraulic cylinder. I have a Simplicity 7116H,Allis Chalmers 919H,Deutz-Allis 916H,all with factory hydro lift. I could take some pictures of the hydro lift if you want? www.simplicityva.com Karl

Karl, I would like that. All I really need is the cyl. I have a small valve body off of a Wheelhorse. If someone has a cyl to sell I would be intrested in buying it.

Was too busy on Jan 12 2004,having fun in the snow with Allis Chalmers 919H with 42" snow blower.:D}:) Here are the pictures of a hydro lift on my Deutz-Allis 916H. For hydro lift you might have to change the implement relief valve spring. Pump and lines. Rodger, There's a 7117H hydro lift on ebay right now. That would be the simplist. UCD and the rest say hydro lift hydro has different valves, I know parts numbers are different.
