Here`s a picture of a new addition to the tractors that I have. Bought this a week ago from another club member. I had to put a new motor in it, the orignal was missing. Hopefuly the hydralic lift will be alot faster than the electric lift on my 7016H:). This is one of the cleaniest tractors that I have seen from this year of tractor. RayS

I bought a new 16hp Briggs from small engine warehouse abought 7 months ago. It is a really nice engine. The only thing that I am having trouble with now is that it wants to go a little faster in reverse than in forward. I know that it is just a adjustment. The roller is centered with the neutral mark of the cam and it still seems that it goes a little faster in reverse. I changed the transmission oil and filter with type F and a napa 1068 filter and it seems better than what it did with the old oil. And the pump is alot quiter than before. The old oil was like syrup. Rays

Dutch, the guy that I bought it from found it in the weeds behind a simplicity dealer in minnesota. He told me that the dealership took the motor out of it when the bevel gear box went out of it. I think that if I were the orignal owner I would have spent the money and fixed the BGB. I also got the hydro adjusted correctly now. I guess that the mark on the cam arm wasn`t where I thought it was. RayS

Its not important in the winter, but make sure you get the air ducting shields by the muffler and by the fan intakeso the engine doesn't trap heat under the hood.
