4040 project

Recommended Posts

I'm not shure yet what the disposition of the 4040 will be. Ihave a 616 to pick up from a club member after I get back from LA and it looks to me to be in a lot better shape. I have a 20 onan now that came with the 4040. I'm reringing it while it's out and I'll probably put it in the 616. The 616 has a bad rod so if it's salvageable I may build it and put it in the 4040. At least thats the plan for now. I might just use the 4040 as a parts tractor. But it seems to be in decent shape.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
