Hi to all, I have an A/C 616 and it won't charge. It has the CCKA engine. Does anybody have detailed instructions on where to and how to start looking for the solution? ;) Thanks!!!

Kenny: All components are located behind flywheel. System has rectifier/regulator combo. Engine has to be removed as well as flywheel. Ohm meter readings from each stator lead should be .11 to .19 to ground. AC voltage with rectifier/regulator disconected should be 28 to 65 volts at full rpm. Only way to check ac voltage would be to run engine with jumpers attached to stator terminals with rectifier/regulator onhooked. Just had a CCKB with bad stator but they can be checked on outside terminals. Had engine running lagged to two 6X6's while making the tests. StanD
