Has anybody ever concidered adding a horn to their tractor? I have two vehicles here we no longer use, and I was wondering If anybody else had thought of it.

I have Simplicity horns on two of my tractors... Simplicity sold horns for their SunRunner frontcut mowers....

Hmmm, may have to go with the aaahhooogaa horn on one of these rascals, at least 'til the AA is ready for it.^ Rob

I am going to try a wolf whistle on my B-110; it might need a vacuum reservoir for added volume. Also, I better have the high speed pulley on it in case it gets me in any trouble...LOL

Got several motorcycle horns, thought of adding one myself. You think if I blew the horn that my wife would come outside and pick up the things out of the yard when I am mowing, so that I wouldn't have to get off the tractor. Nottt!

They are useful for getting someone's attention, over the sound of the engine.... The Simplicity ones sound much like the old Plymouth RoadRunner's "beep-beep" and they're pretty loud. Certainly not just a toy or gimmick....

The best "beep-beep" horn is readily available. Go to any junk yard and pick up a horn out of any Subaru.
