New Batteries

Recommended Posts

Spring must be in the air; SEARS has tractor batteries on sale. I went the other day and they were out. Since the delivery was yesterday afternoon, I tried again today. They had one on the shelf and I ask for two more. The man came back with two real clean ones so I asked about the manufacturing date. The dusty one from the shelf had a green item number tag over a yellow one and was made in October. The " new ones" just had the green tag and were made in March. I opted for all fresh ones. There is a little round tag on the side that tells the clerk ( not me ) when it was made.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
