Homemade dual wheels for Landlord??

How were the dual rear wheels done on the Landlord? Were they merely a 2nd set of identical wheels with a spacer? I recently disassembled an old WheelHorse and now have the rear wheels...the only difference between these and the ones on my 101 are the offset-from-center. The WH wheels are about 1" farther out. Any have any ideas on how to make duals? Thanks guys!
