B&S 23D FB type 0207 01 SN 64702

So I picked up a complete B&S 23D FB type 0207 01 SN 64702 engine for $15. Good compression, no carb. I know this is not the same engine that goes in a 101, the engine collector I bought this from said it would fit one if I needed it to. I bought this for the points/condensor screws and such. I figured the extra parts for this if needed would not be bad. He mentioned the FB stand for the type of bearing and this was actually a better engine. He mentioned this would give me any parts I might need for my engine. I am looking for some more some experienced Simplicity thoughts on this.
