SLEEVE HITCH Mounting

Can someone post a picture of how the sleeve hitch mounts on a AC700 series? I now have the sleeve hitch but no bolt to attach it to my tractor. That is the long mounting bolt that goes from side to side and allows the sleeve to move up and down. A pocture taken from the rear about 20" away would be great and also one of the bolt by it's self. Thanks a MILLION! Dan

Use the Search function, under the discussions header. A quick search found many links including this one where Maynard posted a scanned picture and parts list. http://www.simpletractors.com/club2/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=11369&SearchTerms=sleeve,hitch GregB

BTW: I called Brinly about their mounts which attach to a sleeve hitch and their engineer Bruce Thomas advised me that Brinly has never made a hitch which will fit more than a 3-1/2" mount. He mentioned that the sleeve hitch standards (ISO?) say that a hitch should be from 3-1/4" to 3-5/8". So the old style Sleeve Hitches are larger then the standard attachments. Any reason I should not take a 1/2" off this old sleeve hitch?

Well, first thanks for all the reply posts. Guess i am dumber than I thought. I am looking for pics of the rear LIFT sleeve hitch. Maynard, it is the one you have helped me to locate on ebay. Got one now but not complete. Need the cable/hardware and the bolt that goes thru it to mount it and allow it to move up and down. Thought that maybe with pics I could fabricate one or maybe I would just order one if that is not possible and if available. Dan
