Which idler pulleys? Which tiller? There's one on the tiller drive -- is that the one you mean? The 36" tiller uses a pair of idlers like this:

The tiller on my 3012 below uses that idler setup. My tiller is a 36" Mfg#990694. This tiller has the engage lever built on the tiller.

Charlieson, let us know which type of tiller idler pulley you need a measure on. I've got both right now and can measure them. I've got a complete tiller for sale right now in the "For Sale Attachments" section. So I can measure off that if you want. Michael G.

There's only one idler on the 32" tiller drive -- that's where you're confusing me... The 36" has two....

AH, now I see. I didnt measure the tiller, I just assumed that my friend was right. There are two Idlers on it, if it is right. He said "One pulley broke and I took a pulley off of the pto, and one didnt look right so I replaced it with one I had in the building". Now the tiller turns all the time. It has an engagement device on the tiller. Does that help? I havent tried to get the pulleys from the dealer yet. I wonder if they are still available? No numbers on the tiller. ddh

If it has the engagement device on the tiller, it is a 36"... If someone else doesn't get you the measurements first, I'll try to get them for you tomorrow.

The small, flat pulley in this picture is 3" in diameter, while the V-pulley is 4.5" in outside diameter...

 • 4 weeks later...
It's hard to get shots in there -- it's cramped for space. Here's a couple shots before I put it on the trailer for GOTO...
