Me thinks we ought to rename "Smiling Sam" he is showing his "Wicked Grin" side. Unfair to the local 12, Villans, Theaves and Scoundrels Union

Then again, we can still hope it's a Red & Black Massey... or Snapper!:D

Its more like one of these.... and one of these...... Both with 50" decks. I also bought the two adaptor kits required to mount a Soveriegn tiller on one of them and also the two adaptor kits to mount a Soveriegn Snowblower on one of them. The kits cost (cough cough) over $900.00. But thats a whole lot cheaper than buying one complete snowblower and one complete tiller package. The dealer I got the ConQuest from( Another top nothch individual that I met a few years ago and have done some trading of used stuff with) had the kits and has sold them before. I called him to initially ask about what was needed to attach the tiller and blower , then ended up getting a price quoted to me on the tractor( sitting on his showroom floor) low enough that feel I owe him a favor....or two. Called my Massey dealer back about some other questions and he offered to sell me a 2720 on his floor for the same price. I think my dad having just bought a new farm farm tractor from him may have influenced that offer. After looking at the 1.9% low interest program, I think its a win win situation. Allows me to use my money to make more money while the finance company only makes a relatively small amount till I pay them off. Also lets me sell off ALL the Wheel Horse stuff and older Simplicity stuff, save for the tiller and blower. The only thing I'm out at the moment is a cab for the ConQuest, though I may buy a older used one from the Simplicity dealer to modify to put on the ConQuest. We were thinking about a Legacy with a 48" deck Al Eden has, but we decided that it was too big a tractor frame and we would end up having to buy all completely new attachments for it rather than incorporate what we already have. Should be taking delivery of both of them next week. Already have a set of nice Good Year Ag tires waiting for mine.|)

Can't believe after all this you finally came to your senses. I was about to pack my bags and NEVER come back if you (Presidental material) didn't wind up with something more in line with the club. Good for you!! Upgrades all around...

I was going to joke around and say the one he bought is the one that is parked in his barn right now. Congrats on your new toy. Enjoy it!

Sam, Congrats on the new tractors!! I don't think you'll be disappointed. Let us know how you like them. I have been looking at the Prestige/Conquest and 2700/2800 Series myself. Might buy one next year... maybe if the price is right.:)
