I'm ugh cleaning some of the greenhouse. Among the things going is a generator with a B&S model 14B 5 1/2 hp motor. Did any of the early Simplicitys or A/Cs use this motor? I know nothing about any of the tractors except for the Big Ten and related family of machines.

The first four-wheeled Simplicity tractors, the Wonder Boy 700/700 models, used the 7 horse Briggs Model 19 engine. The 725s used the 19 or 19 D Briggs.

I know that they used the model 14 on walkers but I do not know what the B stands for (maybe tapered shaft) Bob
