2110 found

Recommended Posts

I looked at a 2110 today, mile from my house, with front blade and rusted mower deck. Gas tank was rotted but he said it fires on carb cleaner. Looks restorable, he was wanting $125, I was thinking of offering him $50 to 75, I was just interested in the front blade for my 3416H if it will fit. I will have to check it out alittle more.

Blade should fit fine. I've got a 2110 that I almost parted out, because it had some major engine problems, along with some other issues. I decided to get it running, and it's become one of my favorites. It serves regular duty in the winter with a 36" snowblower mounted to it.I think you'll like the 2210.Ought to be worth his asking price, but it never hurts to offer less. BTW,I gave $100.00 for mine several years ago, with a mower deck, and an oddball snowblower, that didn't fit right.Rest of the tractor looked similar to that one.

I've got a 2110 that's a real workhorse, I gave $200 for it with a deck and snowblower 'course it came with a blown engine too. I'd check the plow hitch carefully seems to me that the hitches were slightly different (in the lift rod area) for the 3400 series seein's how the hoods are wider then again if you leave the plow on the 2210 that won't be problem.

That hitch looks like it's the right one for the newer tractors(3300 series and newer), notice that the lift arm sits at right angles to the horizontal hitch arms. The older ones were angled back towards the tractor a bit.

Hello glad I got on this site. I hope to upload a couple of photos of my Simplicity Broadmoor
Model 707 Tractor. I have replaced all the belts on it and installed a new ignition switch.
Have a mower deck which was in poor shape , repaced a couple of bushings and welded the
deck where there was some holes. The tractor and mower deck came from a friend and the
mower deck metal was getting pretty thin. Some new metal was put in it and we also undercoated the underside of the deck. This was done by my friend Greg Toulman.
I have not put the mower deck on the tractor yet, waiting for Greg to come home and give me a hand. Can you please tell me if there is a manual for the mower deck and where I could get one.
I would also like to get some moon wheel discs as well.
I will try and down load some photos of the tractor when my wife shows me how to.
I really love driving this tractor and also how well it is made compare today's tractors, especially the flexible rear end and the rollers.
      Tell the next time
