On my 63-64 Broadmoor when I let out the clutch there is no slippage at all!. Evan when I let it out real slow. Its either engaged or not. I have the correct belt on it. And the brake works fine. Any other adjustments. What if I lighten the spring tension???????????????? I thing this started after I Gunged and pressure washed it. But maybe not. Thanks for all your help JCB

Hi, You may be correct. The belt may be Tacky from the oil grease and solvent. I don; know what to tell you except maybe to try to clean it with a solvent soaked rag. Also check the belt guid settings under the engine, they should be about 1/16" from the pulley. They can also have a major effect on clutch action. Good luck, AL
