tires

just got a broadmore 990288 from the guy across the street from me...it has 2 different size tires on the back,18/9.50-8 &17/9.50-8..i think the 17 is the factory size...heven't been able to find any....what shoudl it get?

The parts manual for that tractor lists the rear tire as part number 156312, which is 18x9.50-8.

The deluxe broadmoor came with the 18's and the standard model came with the 17's.

hmm,,supposedly it is the deluxe, it has electric start,no lights, so i'll just get another 18...

guess sombody put a wrong one on..it also had an 8 horse briggs instead of a 6, but i have been havring fun reading on here and messing with it , i pu in new wehll bushings yesterday, and got the ones for the kingpins today, the steering has a lot of play.haven't made up that far yet...thanks

thanks...i have enjoyed it so far..i figured it was the best way to learn about the broadmore...i have messed around with cars befor but never a lawn tractor
