I received this email today, and I can't help him:
G'day, I happened upon your site while chasing Simplicity parts and I wonder if you or one of your members may be able to help me, I have a Simplicity "System 7016" lawn tractor which I purchased second hand a few years back as far as I can work out from the manual it is a 1690006 Mod. I am very impressed with this machine I live in a hilly area and this thing will mow 2 foot tall grass while going uphill !! There are some Simplicity dealers here but they all say it's too old throw it away and buy a new one, this is out of the question from a financial point of view and I like this machine I don't think the new ones are as well made or as tough. Now to my problem, where the PTO clutch should be there is just a bare shaft poking out that someone has fitted a fixed pulley on to it, I have to start the engine with the belt off let it warm up,and then stop it refit the belt and restart the engine(the starter doesn't like it either) then the deck runs all the time which is a bit dangerous, to buy all the missing parts of the original clutch would cost a small fortune (in Aussie dollars) can anyone come up with either a second hand one or an electric one off a later one (if they will fit?) if you can't help me can you please steer me to someone that can . Yours etc. Neil Boyle Tarilta via Guildford Victoria Australia
If anyone can and is interested in helping him out, let me know and I'll provide his email address. I don't want to post it here...

Kent; there is some kind of hold on the customs for over seas the person in town here, that ships to australia has to go through some one else.
