9020 price question

I've finally located a 9020 (with 60 inch deck) here in S. Ill thats for sale. It's been repowered with a 22hp kohler. The asking price is $2500 which is a lot of $$ for me. What do these things bring typically. Thanks Steve

$2500 is a lot of $$ for me too, but when it comes to a 9020 with a 60" deck, and its something you have been looking for and its close, I think I would take a good, close look at it. Look at the condition,(hours on the new motor? hours on the tractor itself? rust under the deck? spindles on the deck? is it beat up, have a PTO? how about a 3pt hitch? ect? ect? ect?) I bought one for $1000 a couple years ago with a bad engine in it. If I were to add a 22hp Kohler or Honda, it would be right near your $2500, UCD is is right in the ballpark. Good luck

If it is still available & it's in fairly reasonable shape you can always make a lower offer! Front hydraulics, 3 point , working rear PTO, Rear Turf or high flotation or ag tires? Deck in good shape?;)

My take on these tractors is no matter what the selling price you need to have another $1000 - $1500 on hand for repairs and/or engine replacement.....
