mowerman1193 0 Posted January 17, 2005 Is the rod all one peice or is it a two peice..It kinda looks like a two piece deal in the parts book but I have been looking for a one peice..A local parts guy says he has one but he sends me out to a pile of lift/control rods thats knee deep..Problem is I dont really know what I am looking for,LOL Also I need the bracket for my 3415H that bolts to the tractor to hold the rod in place..Anyone know if that part is the same as the old 9hp Landlords style? I don't see any holes in the side panel to mount that bracket..Anyone have a picture of that part and where it goes? Thanks,
ambler 0 Posted January 17, 2005 download the 7100 attachments parts manual. You can still buy it new.

I know that..But $60 shipped for a 4ft. rod is a little pricey when the guy at the salvage yard says he has one for $10..I just need to know what it looks like...For much over $10 I will make one.. As for the bracket..well I have no clue on that as well as I have never seen one..other than the one on my old 9hp Landlord..But I would assume they are different.. Mack 1 Posted January 18, 2005 Here's a pic. UCD posted awhile back. It's for a Homelite but should give you a good idea of what you need.
ambler 0 Posted January 18, 2005 A drawing of the bracket is in the parts manual. This homelite picture is not it. It kicks off the frame.
UCD 14 Posted January 18, 2005 Ambler The Homelite setup is the same except for the handle support bracket the picture just dosen't show it clear where it connects at the plow. Here is a cleaned up diagram of the 46" plow angle control. You will also need the pivot joint (fork Assy.) Part# 106131. It is still available.
