No place that i have looked does it address how to set up higher top end. It does say not to alter govenor. What I did was to adjust throttle cable So it pushes throlle plate as wide open as possible. Is this top speed adjustment?

Have to be careful with the KT-17's, you know about the oil pressure they run, right? They only run 5 psi, which is fine on flat ground, but on hills that engine will burn up faster than a match, if it is a series 1 KT-17.

Most of my problem was throttle cable had moved. Will take RPM reading today. But it definetely sounds faster.

Yes, there are keys (ALT + ????) for the degree sign. I do not remember the numbers but you can also go the the Character Map in System Tools to find and copy the degree sign. Good Luck,
