Ignition wiring A-C 916

Maybe there are some in this forum who know wiring inside and out, and who can get a picture of the dilemma I describe. I'm trying to figure out which wire goes where. A bundle of wires comes from the ignition module, and one red wire comes back up from this bundle and dead-ends near the ignition. Another dead-end red wire protrudes by itself from the back of the ignition module. Another dead-end red wire comes up from the solenoid. These are at least 12 guage wire, all same size. Previous owner had taken out the circuit breaker, to which I'm sure some of these wires were attached. I want to wire in a 20 amp fuse, but I don't know which wire goes with what. He had these somehow attached to the light switch (lights were never hooked up), and used the light switch to open and close the ignition circuit. When he was jumping the tractor from another vehicle, he fried the switch. I tried several different combinations of connections with these wires, but never got more than a click from the starter. I think the battery is bad, and intend to replace it, but I hope someone can help me connect the wires properly before I put in the new battery. I thank the kind gentleman who provided a wiring diagram, but it's very confusing to me. Thank you.
