Offer on 414 with Loader

A neighbor called me tonight and offered to sell me his AC 414 hydro tractor with a Kwik Way hydraulic loader. The loader has a self leveling bucket. The tractor may have been repowered with a 16hp kohler. I will go look at it Wednesday after work. Any idea of a price? What would someone be willing to offer for just the loader? I have several full size AC tractors with loaders and have no need for this small one. I sorta would like the tractor though. Your opinions are welcome!
