kwik way loader

Hi fellow fanatics! I am going to look at a 414 Allis tomorrow after work that a friend has for sale. He is a Cub Cadet fan and used to pull them all the time. He has his eye on a Cub diesel and needs to thin out his flock. The 414 is a hydro and has the Kwik-Way all hydraulic loader on it. The loader has a self leveling bucket. He thought the tractor had been repowered with a 16 hP Kohler but was not sure. I don't need the loader but would like to have the tractor. Is anyone interested in the loader? Let me know! thanks
