Just got my new set of bar tires mounted and ready to go. I was looking at some items to buy and the guy had a Cub Cadet with this set of tires on it. The tractor was going to be parted out and I offered him $50 for the tires and wheels. Yippee! He took it and now I can really start to dig! They are 23 - 8.50 X 12, same as I had before in the lawn tread. How do you like them? They have some liquid ballast in them so should be good for plowing this spring. Dan you got one heck of a deal. Those sure look like industrial tires we put on construction tractors and skid-steer units. If so, I'd say they are between 8-12 ply rated and will hold up like steel. They might be really bumpy in cold weather though.

Now you need a loader and a backhoe for it and you'd have the toughest 100 I'd know of. Looks great.

What brand are them tires? I like the looks of them, remind me of the ones we had on a 1937 Case 'CC'.
