I've got the wiring pretty much hooked up on the Homelite, voltage reg. seems ok; but I was wondering what size wire is to be used on the allis chalmers built T-16. should have some pictures up, but I don't.

How many amps is the charge rate? If it is less then 15'0", I would think runs of 14 gauge should work. For the starter you should have a number 4 or number 2 gauge depending on length. Wire gauging is related to how much voltage drop you will get on a certain length and gauge of wire. Also important is the amount of amps at a certain wire size can safely pass thru that wire without it overheating and burning up the insulation.
