ZippoVarga Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Here they are. Not too shabby for getting them both for free eh? And that red thing in the back ground....well...yeah.....it's a <dare i say> Wheel Horse. There is also a picture of a walk behind of unknown origin. I purchased it from a gentleman who could no longer keep his garden. If any one happens to think they know what it is I can take better pictures of it. It has a later model 5.5hp briggs on it now and it'll walk me rather than me walking it with 3rd gear and at half throttle. Enough babble.....on to the Broadmoor and Serf pictures. Hope you all enjoy! Ok, I need a break from clicking. Enjoy!!!;)
rokon2813 Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Cool Tractors. Where's the walk behind? we'll give it a shot. Some have specific details that distinguish them from the rest. And te red is okay, its still outnumbered ny the orange. ;)
ZippoVarga Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 Hehe:I forgot to add the walk behind picture.
rokon2813 Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Hard to tell a lot from that pic, but compare :D the angle of the controls, the curve of the handles, pto running off the same side, and the wheels look about the same. [:0]
D-17_Dave Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Nice pics, cool tractors. You'll learn from us that we don't care what colour it is if it's free. Other colours sell too, and they could mean more funds in the tractor fund.
ZippoVarga Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 I will get better pictures of the walk behind. Sans the newer motor it looks VERY similar to that old unit I have. There are no apparent makers marks on the walk behind but I will research more that I see it's possibly yet another Simplicity find!! Thanks Much rokon!
Killer_A-C Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Neat little tractors. Looks like the have a good home,Matt8D
MikeG Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Neat tractors, is the Serf a 515 or 525? Looks like the front tires are converted to tube type from the original hard plastic, thats what I did on my Serf too. They handle much better especially on wet grass. Have fun with them.
MarkM1958 Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Nice pics,,, The wheel horse needs friends too!!
comet66 Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Great looking (although somewhat diverse) fleet you have there. I wish I could find some of those free deals. The only thing I ever got for free, it cost me money to get rid of.
