swede Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 Hello, I need some help in checking the hydro fluid level in my P'Max 4041. The owners manual says to open the "level cock" and fill until it starts to run out. The repair manual shows a dipstick in the back. My tractor has neither. Is there some other way to check the level? A plug in the side? Any help would be appreciated. Swede

swede Posted March 1, 2005 Author Posted March 1, 2005 That is the problem - I don't have either on my tractor. The check cock was probably taken off and tossed at some point.
