Early B10 question

On the B10 chasis I have there is a switch mounted just ahead of the transaxle. I can't tell if this is factory or an add-on. Neither my B12 nor B112 have any sign of ever having a starter safety switch like on the 3212 Simplicity I had. Nor is this switch in the AC manuals wiring diagram. The switch in question is mounted so that it contacts the brake arm and looks like someone had installed brake lights on this tractor. B10 owners please give my some help here. Thanks Tim

Hi tim , my b10 does'nt have the switch your talking about. Your probably right about it being an add on, I cant see whyy you would need brake lights unless your going on the road. Maybe you can adjust the govenor to,see if you can get it up over the 6 m.p.h in third gear. Have fun. mike.
