Just came from a meeting with the County Board and was awarded the mowing contract for 2 parks, the Animal control yard, a County Office yard, the Court House lawn. And i feel my photo of my tractor collection made the deal. That or my charming good looks. (lol) Now my wife has to agree, a guy can use more than One tractor. Seriously it was a difficult bid, and I was warded the job for my ability to cover all the need of this very difficult, large mowing project. My experience and having the right equipment for the job most likely help as well. I hope to have a lot of good pic this summer with some of my tractor collection in action.

Congratulations on the contract. If you have pictures and a write-up, you might want to submit your homemade wagon to the do it yourself section of the site. I don't think anything has been added there for quite a while.

Interesting you say that about my wagon and thank you. This week I was giving my grandson a ride in my wagon and a guy stoped me and insisted I build another wagon. So I shot him a good price and he excepted. I have another old tractor frame and some wheels so this time I will take pics as I go. Also my friend Bob found a discarded electric wheel chair at the dump. He took the drive wheels and motors but I got three small light duty 12/24v electric lift rods. (maybe adapted to be a electric snow blower shute}. And two very nice heavy duty motorized lift rods that look a lot like the electric lifts for a 310/410 AC. It was a pimped out wheel chair to say the least. I hope to finalize a lift/dump for my wagon with one of the heavy duty lifts real soon.
