BrownA 2 Posted March 21, 2005 I just started to work on a fixer upper B112 the other day. It rolled fine in neutral and then yesterday stopped rolling. It is a AC B112 with variable speed drive. If I jack the rear end up it appears to have neutral when I spin the large variable pitch pulley on the tranny. It does not have a belt on it right now. When I shift the tranny and spin a wheel it appears that all the 3 speeds and reverse work. The problem is in neutral on the ground it acts like it's in gear and I can't push it. I can't figure out whats wrong yet. Could this have anything to do with the traction control on the axles ? What could it be ? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks, Al
Mack 1 Posted March 21, 2005 Well, If your sure it's not stuck in gear.Look at the brake band on the left side to see if it is rubbing on the drum.
dlcentral 1 Posted March 22, 2005 If brake not stuck,it is stuck in 2 gears,a common prob.,not fun to fix,it possibly can be freed up thru gear oil acesss plug at top of trans,.
