Moon Hubcap question

I noticed the hub caps are shown as being 8" & 12" Are these the true measurements? If not, what are they?

No, that's not the true measurments -- that's the size of wheel they fit.... That is, if you're talking about the Simplicity hubcaps.

The reason why I am asking I saw some that were 8-5/8" in Diameter and were wondering if they would fit the front rims on my B-110.
