Dump Cart Tail Gate Follow-up

A few weeks ago someone offered to research making dump cart tailgates. A few of us were interested in knowing a price. I cannot find the post again and didn't hear any more about it. I was able to acquire a tailgate in the meantime and got a quote to have it reproduced. The sheet metal shop said $52 for one, "a little cheaper" for a greater quantity BUT he did not measure the thickness of mine and thinks the cold rolled steel he has laying around is "a little thinner". If at least 5 of you are interested I will persue this further. I do not intend to make any money on this. I would expect you to cover shipping cost in addition to the cost to manufacture. Brent

As mentioned I had looked into having some made. Made up a CAD drawing and had quoted around. My best price unpainted was around $50. The material thickness I was using would have been 16 gauge (.060) cold roll steel. If having the CAD file would help let me know.
